4. Vehicle Management

The Vehicle Management module is used to register platform vehicles and assign them to active drivers.

Adding Vehicles​

Single Vehicle Entry​

Click Add Vehicle to register a new vehicle manually (e.g., providing License Plate, Make, Model, Capacity). Add Vehicle Modal Placeholder

Bulk Vehicle Upload​

Similar to drivers, you can bulk-register vehicles using a CSV upload. Bulk Upload Vehicles Placeholder

Vehicle Assignments​

Vehicles can be tied to specific drivers or marked as unassigned (available in the pool).

  • To assign: Select a vehicle and choose an active driver from the dropdown.
  • To unassign: Remove the current driver linkage, returning the vehicle to the available pool.
